My technique doesn't have me counting calories anymore, I'm just living my life eating what I want to eat. It's kind of hard to do it that exactly but with mindful eating you can get an idea of how far away from full you are and stop before that. The Buddha suggested stopping eating 5-mouthfulls before you feel full. I'm probably eating like 2.3 meals a day in food volume. With 2-meal dieting I eat less than I did on 3-meals even though they are larger meals. However I didn't like calorie restricting myself with 3-meal dieting. Mine's totally a lifestyle too, but I'm honestly doing it to lose weight as well as doing it until I die (lifestyle). And would wake up actually with a purpose like no foggy brain, no tiredness or weak body.Īlso is it healthy or not? Is hard to get information because, people mostly doing this "intermittent fasting" are doing it to loose weight, mine is for a lifestyle. Soon after starting doing intermittent fasting i was feeling so good that i could start training doing calisthenics almost every day. I would eat at 7am, then 2pm then 8pm then my stomach was WOKRING 24/7 non stop and this was the main reason i was sick. I was constantly tired and sick, and realized that was my stomach the reason. My question is how much do i eat? do i just count the calories for example let's say 2.700 calories, im not doing this to lose weight all the opposite i was 71kg before intermittent and now 74kg. Now i want to go down to just once at 2pm. The above links for browser difficulties.īeen doing intermittent fasting for 3 months now eating twice per day. r/Buddhism Buddhist cheat sheet!
